• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One account per person is permitted

4. Acceptable Use

5. Matchmaking Service

• Match scores are calculated based on quiz responses and our algorithm
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of compatibility scores
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any connections made
• Use your own judgment when deciding to share contact information

6. Ask-Out Feature & Consent

• Sending an ask-out request is optional
• Recipients can accept or decline requests
• Phone numbers are only shared upon mutual consent
• Declined requests do not reveal any contact information
• Excessive or harassing ask-out behavior may result in account suspension

7. Content Guidelines

All content you submit (including quiz answers and messages) must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Not contain hate speech or discriminatory content
• Not violate any third-party rights
• Comply with all applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

LoveRadar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account is reported for misconduct
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

10. Disclaimers

LoveRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or reliability of any match scores
• The behavior or character of other users
• Any outcomes resulting from connections made through our service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of LoveRadar after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
